The Chloe hat and scarf are a great first time project that you can show off to your family and friends. Pattern includes a hat with pom-pom and fringe scarf. Hat is available in three sizes S(20″), M(21″) and L(22″) This pattern is for beginners and assumes you have no sewing experience. This pattern works best when using fleece fabrics.
